Rich Clarke aims to make boxing accessible to all with BoxBlitx

BoxBlitx, an interactive boxing fitness machine, aims to transform gym routines by infusing boxing with fitness gamification. The device offers users seven distinct workout options and challenges, allowing them to monitor performance data and compete on leaderboards.

The machine is adaptable to various gym settings, fostering community engagement as members enjoy diverse workouts and friendly competition. It features workout modes such as:
• 100 punch challenge: Hit green illuminated pads while avoiding red ones to test speed and accuracy.
• Combo speed test: Complete three-punch combos and monitor your reaction time on a 32" screen.
• Create your own combo: Customise your combinations to enhance technique and speed.
• Freestyle mode: Enjoy unrestricted workouts at your own pace.
• 3-minute round: Evaluate your cardio endurance by completing as many rounds as possible.

BoxBlitx, which is equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity and regular updates, is expanding across Europe.

Rich Clarke, director of BoxBlitx, says: "We really wanted to bring fitness gamification not only to boxing but on a commercial level. We wanted all skill levels to be able to dive onto the machine, enjoy boxing training and cardio, all while having fun. The performance data and leaderboards add to the interactive, fun feel, and we can't wait for more and more people to enjoy it."
